Also includes loose printed “Queen Cakes” recipe between pp. 128 – 129: “Cream 1/4 lb. butter and 1/4 lb. (3/4 cup) castor sugar. Beat 3 eggs and add. Add 3 tablesoonfuls milk, essence to flavour, and lastly 2 ozs. (1/2) cup of plaine flour and 2 ozs. of this flour.
